These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.kingdomcotx.com, associated Kingdom Co webpages, community features, communications, events, programs, products, and services.

The website and related services are operated by Kingdom Apparel Co LLC, doing business as Kingdom Co (“Kingdom Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a form, registering for an event, providing financial support, purchasing a product, or participating in a Kingdom Co community service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Kingdom Co

Kingdom Co is a faith-based community created to provide Christian encouragement, fellowship, prayer, biblical resources, events, and opportunities for meaningful connection.

Kingdom Co is not currently recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Gifts, sponsorships, and other contributions made to Kingdom Co are not charitable tax-deductible contributions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to independently use the general website or online community.

If you are younger than the legal age of majority where you live, you may participate only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Event and Camp Kingdom registrations for minors must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Additional waivers, medical forms, emergency information, behavioral agreements, and participation requirements may apply.

3. Faith-Based Nature of the Community

Kingdom Co operates according to its Christian mission and Statement of Faith. You do not have to agree with every belief to visit the website or attend an event when participation is open to the public.

However, all participants must respect the faith-based purpose of Kingdom Co and may not intentionally disrupt, harass, ridicule, or interfere with its activities, beliefs, leaders, volunteers, or community members.

Kingdom Co reserves the right to establish reasonable participation and leadership standards consistent with its sincerely held religious beliefs, mission, and applicable law.

4. Community Conduct

When using a Kingdom Co website, account, Discord server, event, form, or community feature, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or discriminate against another person.
• Post hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, or unlawfully discriminatory material.
• Encourage violence, self-harm, criminal conduct, or dangerous activity.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Submit false, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Send spam, unauthorized advertising, scams, or repetitive promotional messages.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or service.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or misuse website or community information.
• Use Kingdom Co’s name, content, community, or services for an unauthorized commercial purpose.
• Violate any applicable law, these Terms, or additional community rules.

Kingdom Co may moderate content, restrict participation, suspend accounts, remove individuals from events or community spaces, and report dangerous or unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary.

5. Accounts and Account Security

Some services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for protecting your password and account credentials. You may not sell, transfer, share, or permit unauthorized access to your account.

Notify us promptly at support@kingdomcotx.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, threatens community safety, or is used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

6. Prayer Requests

Kingdom Co provides prayer-request services for spiritual encouragement and community prayer.

Prayer requests are not medical treatment, professional counseling, crisis intervention, or emergency services. Submitting a prayer request does not create a confidential legal, medical, counseling, or clergy relationship.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information, medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or another person’s private information without permission.

Unless you authorize us to use your name, prayer requests may be shared only in an anonymous or de-identified form. Additional information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency or crisis service.

7. Spiritual and Informational Content

Devotionals, Bible studies, prayer responses, newsletters, videos, messages, and other Kingdom Co content are provided for general spiritual encouragement and informational purposes.

This content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or pastoral counseling tailored to your individual circumstances.

Kingdom Co does not guarantee a particular personal, spiritual, financial, medical, or other outcome from using its content or participating in its programs.

8. Events and Programs

Event dates, locations, schedules, speakers, performers, activities, lodging, transportation, and other details may change.

Kingdom Co may postpone, relocate, modify, limit, or cancel an event because of weather, safety concerns, facility availability, low registration, illness, platform failure, circumstances beyond our control, or another reasonable operational need.

Participants must follow event rules, safety instructions, venue requirements, and directions from authorized leaders. Anyone whose behavior threatens safety or materially disrupts an event may be removed.

Certain events may require separate registration terms, liability waivers, medical authorizations, media releases, codes of conduct, or cancellation policies. Those event-specific documents are incorporated into these Terms. If an event-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the event-specific agreement controls for that event.

Participation in activities may involve ordinary risks, including travel, weather, physical activity, crowds, food, lodging, and interaction with other participants. Applicable waivers and disclosures should be reviewed carefully before registering.

9. Purchases

If products or paid services are offered, you agree to provide current and accurate purchase, billing, and contact information.

Prices, availability, descriptions, and product images may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, cancel suspected fraudulent transactions, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.

Payment is due at checkout and may be processed by Shopify or another payment provider. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be governed by that provider’s terms.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policy displayed at checkout or associated with the applicable product, service, or event.

10. Gifts and Sponsorships

Financial support may be used to advance Kingdom Co’s general mission, programs, events, outreach, operating expenses, and designated initiatives.

Unless Kingdom Co agrees otherwise in writing, a designation expresses the giver’s preference but does not create a trust, escrow arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or guarantee that funds will be used exclusively for that designation. If a designated program cannot proceed, Kingdom Co may apply the funds to a related purpose or its general mission, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.

Gifts and sponsorships are not charitable tax-deductible contributions because Kingdom Co is not currently recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

Business sponsors should consult their own tax professionals regarding whether a payment may qualify as an ordinary business expense. Kingdom Co does not provide tax advice.

Sponsorship recognition, promotional benefits, event participation, and other commitments apply only when confirmed in writing by Kingdom Co.

11. Recurring Payments

If you select recurring monthly support, you authorize the payment provider to charge the chosen payment method at the stated interval until the arrangement is canceled.

You may cancel future recurring payments through the available account or payment controls or by contacting us. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

If an amount, frequency, or material term changes, we will provide notice when required by law.

12. Communications

By submitting contact information, you authorize Kingdom Co to send communications reasonably related to your inquiry, account, transaction, registration, prayer request, sponsorship, or community participation.

Marketing emails may be discontinued through the unsubscribe link provided in the message. You may still receive necessary administrative, security, payment, account, or event-related communications.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

13. User Submissions

You retain ownership of original content you submit to Kingdom Co.

When you voluntarily submit a testimonial, photograph, video, story, comment, or other content for publication, you grant Kingdom Co a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Kingdom Co will not publicly identify you in connection with a prayer request without your permission.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit and that the content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

You may contact us to withdraw future permission for optional promotional use. Withdrawal will not necessarily require us to recall materials already printed, distributed, or lawfully published before the request was processed.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kingdom Co name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, devotionals, written materials, website layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Kingdom Co and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share publicly available Kingdom Co content for personal, noncommercial, ministry-oriented purposes when the content is shared accurately and Kingdom Co is properly credited.

You may not sell, alter, reproduce in bulk, remove ownership notices from, create unauthorized merchandise from, or commercially exploit Kingdom Co content without written permission.

Bible translations, music, photographs, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licensing terms.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or integrate with Shopify, Discord, payment processors, social media, email providers, event services, artists, sponsors, and other third parties.

Kingdom Co does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, representations, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

A link, sponsor listing, or community reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every statement, product, service, or activity offered by that third party.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and general online services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Kingdom Co does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that every statement, link, schedule, price, or piece of website content will always be complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Co and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the general website or online content.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded. Separate event waivers or written agreements may establish additional terms for particular activities.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful or intentionally harmful conduct.
• Content you submit that violates another person’s rights.
• Your material violation of these Terms.
• Your unauthorized use of Kingdom Co’s services, systems, or intellectual property.

This section does not require you to indemnify Kingdom Co for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

19. Suspension and Termination

Kingdom Co may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect another person or the community.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
• Enforce these Terms or event-specific rules.
• Protect Kingdom Co’s systems, property, or reputation.
• Comply with a legal requirement.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the services must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction serving Hamilton County, Texas.

Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our services, policies, operations, or legal obligations change.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Material changes may also be communicated by email, website announcement, or another reasonable method.

22. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable refund or cancellation policies, community rules, and any event-specific agreement form the agreement between you and Kingdom Co concerning the applicable service.
