4. Prayer Requests

Prayer requests may contain personal or sensitive information. Access is limited to authorized Kingdom Co administrators, prayer-team members, or ministry leaders who need the information to respond appropriately.

Unless you provide permission for your name to be used, Kingdom Co may share your request only in an anonymous or de-identified form for prayer purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidentiality; however, no online submission or communication system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Submitting a prayer request does not create a confidential professional, counseling, medical, or clergy relationship. Kingdom Co is not a healthcare provider, and its systems are not intended for medical records or emergency communications.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency or crisis service.

5. Gifts, Sponsorships, and Payments

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Stripe, a banking provider, or another payment processor available through our website. These providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies.

Kingdom Co generally receives transaction information such as your name, contact information, payment amount, payment status, and limited payment details. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.

Kingdom Co is not currently recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Gifts and sponsorship payments are not charitable tax-deductible contributions. Receipts and statements are provided for recordkeeping purposes.

6. Email and Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to Kingdom Weekly or another email list, we may use your information to send devotionals, community announcements, event information, prayer opportunities, and organizational updates.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. We may still send necessary administrative, security, transaction, or event-related communications.

Kingdom Co does not control the privacy, security, or content practices of independent third-party services.

Information you voluntarily post in public or community areas of Discord may be visible to other participants. Do not share information you would not want other community members to see.

Our general website and online community are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally sufficient parental or guardian consent.

Event or Camp Kingdom registrations involving minors must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. We may collect information reasonably necessary for registration, safety, emergency contact, accommodation, and participation purposes.

If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and, when required, delete it.
