Return & Refund Policy

At Kingdom Apparel Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

  • Please keep the original packaging for your return.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@kingdomappareltx.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no extra charge.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@kingdomappareltx.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

  2. We will send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Ship your item back to us using the provided return label.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
